Stationary anti-drone complex of directed action PIRANHA 5T

The system is designed to counter unauthorized flights of unmanned aerial vehicles and civvy drones

Code nato
5865-61-017-9094

The five-channel stationary directional device is designed to effectively counter unauthorized UAV flights.

Thanks to the directional radio interference with a narrow angle of action, it affects the selected frequency bands, blocking unwanted activity without interfering with other systems.

It is an ideal solution for ensuring security in high-risk areas.

  • The maximum output power is 30/50W per channel
  • The maximum number of simultaneously working channels is 2-5
  • Polarization of antennas is vertical, horizontal
  • Weight 14 kg
  • Battery life of at least 1 hour*
  • Degree of protection IP55

The principle of operation consists in setting up a directional wide-angle radio interference in selected frequency ranges.

This can cause the drone to fall, lose orientation, abort the mission, and return to the take-off point prematurely.

Using a countermeasure system impairs or makes piloting the drone impossible.

Losing the drone’s communication with the geo-positioning systems makes it impossible for the drone’s autopilot to operate accurately enough or causes it to crash.

The counter effect:

  • Loss of ability to control the drone operator or significant difficulties in control
  • Loss of video signal from the drone
  • Makes it impossible to use drones of geo-positioning systems
  • Loss of telemetry readings from the drone
